Nadav Weizman is the Managing Director at Rosco Collision Avoidance (RCA) overseeing sales, operations, engineering, and manufacturing. Nadav has been with Rosco for 6 years and was the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement prior to his current role. Nadav has extensive experience working with major OEMs in the large truck and bus industry. Before joining Rosco, Nadav worked in the premium firearms industry for 4 years designing assembly lines for new products, and leading facility relocation initiatives to more accommodating states in the south. Nadav also spent 3 years in the energy sector proposing and implementing creative energy conservation measures for large multi-family real estate properties. He has a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering and Systems Science from Binghamton University. Nadav spends his time away from the office with his wife and three boys, and enjoys playing soccer, tennis and basketball.
