Julian Tauterer has been with REDWAVE for 13 years. He began in the engineering department during summer breaks in school and gained experience across multiple areas of the company, including project management, research and development and sales back office. This broad background provides valuable insight into REDWAVE’s processes and supports him in his current role as chief operating officer for REDWAVE US, Alpharetta, Georgia. Julian holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial energy engineering from Montanuniversity Leoben, Austria, where he is also pursuing a master’s degree alongside his full-time position. Julian was recently honored as one of Recycling Today's 30 Under 30 for 2025.
